I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Aspira Plastic Surgery with Dr. Erella.

From my very first consultation through surgery and recovery, Dr. Erella made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision. He took the time to listen to everything I wanted, answered every question thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. His attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome were evident throughout the entire process.

I recently had a breast lift with augmentation, and I am beyond happy with my results. Dr. Erella truly listened to my goals and delivered exactly what I was hoping for. His expertise, professionalism, and surgical skill are exceptional.

I also want to recognize the incredible staff. Everyone at the office was kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They made the entire experience seamless and were always available to provide support and reassurance whenever I needed it.

I highly recommend Dr. Erella! He is incredibly honest, direct, and thorough. Before my surgery, he requested multiple pre-op visits to make sure we were completely on the same page. During my recovery appointments, he always asked if I completely understood my post-op recovery instructions. His attention and care over the recovery and how I feel about the results are obvious and to top it off, he always personally walks me to the checkout desk and waits with me until my next appointment is scheduled to make sure I am doing well, happy with my progress, and don't have any additional questions. I had inner thigh lift with outer thigh lipo with Dr. Erella. Dr. Erella was highly referred by members who have had bariatric surgery. Dr. Erella is a great plastic board certified surgeon and has many years of experience. He’s a total professional who takes the time to review everything with you and works with you to set expectations. These types of surgeries are serious and should be taken very serious.

I went home same day after surgery with no drainages. I’m 4+ weeks out with no major issues and minimal scars. I’m not fully back to being extremely active to allow for full healing which is normal and expected.

A big shout out to Ms. Tammy. She is Dr. Erella’s business assistant and she has been wonderful. She answers all my questions, follows up with all my calls and completely understands each situation clearly. Overall, this team has been amazing!

I used Dr Erella 10 years ago for breast implants. I had really beautiful, natural looking results. I decided I no longer wanted my implants and had Dr Erella remove my implants and do a lift. It has been 3 weeks since my surgery. I only had to take pain meds for 2 days, my healing has been perfect. I hope Dr Erella doesn’t mind me saying that he is a bit of a perfectionist, his goal seems to be very natural looking results. I have compared my healing journey to others online and my results are already looking so natural and smooth comparatively. He has a reputation of being one of the best. I had a surgery center nurse (when I got the implants in)  tell me she was going to have him do her tummy tuck because she loves the work he does and she sees a lot of different surgeons work so that is good to know! I also feel like his pricing is fair, for the quality work he does I think he’s very reasonable.  Also, his staff is lovely! Dee and Tammy were always there for me to answer all my questions. Dr. Erella and his team are truly exceptional and I recommend them without hesitation for anyone who is considering an aesthetic procedure or surgical procedure. Dr. Erella recently performed an explant/capsulectomy on me and the process from scheduling to initial consultation to making the decision regarding optimal treatment to the actual surgery and follow up and recovery have been seamless. Dr. Erella and his team are highly professional, empathetic and take time to listen and communicate their knowledge and expertise clearly.  The atmosphere in the office and surgery center are also extremely pleasant and calming and with each visit I felt at ease. My recovery has been quite smooth and I am feeling great!
